Flutterby House is a charming gem nestled in a lush setting, offering a unique blend of simplicity and character in its accommodations. The basic villa we stayed in was comfortable; however, the real highlight was the enchanting outdoor shower with views of the jungle-definitely a step up from the ordinary. While staying here, I appreciated the friendly staff who eagerly assisted with tours and transportation, embodying the spirit of 'Pura Vida. ' the communal spaces made it easy to socialize, from the spacious shared kitchen to the relaxing garden terrace adorned with comfortable furniture. Plus, who doesn't love the perk of free Wi-Fi and a welcome drink? In terms of value, Flutterby House strikes a balance. Though it may lack the opulence of a traditional resort, its affordability combined with thoughtful amenities-like laundry facilities and beach access-make it a wise choice for travelers who cherish experiences over extravagance.
